Adrian Sullesta

Adrian Sullesta specializes in in- and out-of-court restructuring, business plan due diligence, performance improvement strategy, merger integration planning, business plan due diligence, valuation and litigation support. Mr. Sullesta has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance and information technology and his clients include stakeholders such as companies, private equity funds, lender institutions, financial and strategic investors and law firms.

During his tenure at FTI Consulting, Mr. Sullesta has worked on a variety of engagements. Mr. Sullesta has advised multiple telecommunications companies on large strategic transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Other engagements he has performed while at FTI Consulting include merger integration (Level 3/Global Crossing, Lightower/Sidera and Lightower/Fibertech), operational performance improvement and business plan due diligence in multiple industries.

In addition, Mr. Sullesta’s telecommunications restructuring experience includes acting as financial advisor to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the bankruptcy of a $450 million telecommunications company, financial analysis supporting out-of-court restructuring for various telecommunications companies and multiple bankruptcy-related litigation support engagements in the telecommunications, cable and satellite, print and media industries.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Sullesta was a Financial Analyst in the Special Assets group of a privately held special situations investment company, where he was responsible for the financial evaluation and analysis of potential and existing debt and equity investments across a number of industries. He also has experience with a privately held medical imaging center development company, where he was responsible for all IT and information systems functions of the business, as well as expansion market evaluation.
