Alex has a wealth of experience incorporating predictive coding, visual analytics, and other innovative technical solutions to develop defensible and efficient reviews for law firms and corporate clients, often dealing with high data volumes and complex disclosure requirements.

Alex is frequently called upon for his expertise navigating the challenges presented by chat communications and other emerging sources of unstructured and semi-structured data within discovery and investigation proceedings.

Professional Experience:

• Successfully deployed managed services solutions for a leading UK Financial Services organization, supporting multiple stakeholders across all elements of the EDRM.
• Oversaw the defensible and efficient collection, processing, analysis and presentation of unstructured data from multiple emerging digital sources including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Gsuite, Box, and Zoom in support of a merger clearance exercise involving regulators in the US, UK, and EU.
• Managed a large-scale remediation effort that leveraged predictive coding to identify and clear sensitive IP from hundreds of terabytes of unstructured data across disparate sources, as part of a merger clearance effort.
• Alex was involved in managing a large, complex FX regulatory investigation involving over 40 terabytes of primarily Bloomberg data. He played key roles in coordinating data intake, analysis, and production, and support of simultaneous document reviews occurring in multiple geographic locations.
