Anthony Gotzis

Anthony Gotzis brings more than 25 years of strategic partnering in the life sciences industry as a trusted advisor, working with nearly all sectors of the industry over the course of his career. Within Healthcare Business Transformation, Mr. Gotzis has direct oversight of the Clinical, Regulatory and Quality consulting practitioners and the clients they support.

In the industry, Mr. Gotzis’ clients look to him with their biggest business challenges, from innovation opportunities to operational issues to compliance risks, within both drug development and MedTech manufacturers. Mr. Gotzis has also worked with contract organizations and diagnostic companies to develop solution paths via project-based engagements.

Mr. Gotzis has developed and led multiple consulting practices serving the life sciences industry from inception through commercialization, specializing in process improvement, change management and automation in areas such as quality management, regulatory operations, clinical operations and pharmacovigilance/product safety operations. He has also overseen project execution within commercial operations and medical affairs. Mr. Gotzis’ teams have implemented large transformation initiatives, risk mitigation and compliance efforts, including governmental/health authority remediations resulting from warning letters, consent decrees, and corporate integrity agreements.

Mr. Gotzis’ relevant experience includes life sciences strategic advisor, digital transformation leader, master data management, data governance and Veeva Systems.

Mr. Gotzis has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
