Frederik Vinten

Frederik Vinten is the EMEA Chief Operating Officer at FTI Consulting and is based in Copenhagen. Frederik is responsible for the firm’s corporate operating model across 24 Europe, Middle East and Africa offices and works with the region’s leadership team to align operational plans, infrastructure and processes to the firm’s strategic priorities.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Frederik was a partner at the global executive search and leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart, where he advised a variety of financial services and corporates on human capital matters and talent strategy. Frederik has previously led group business development and served as a member of the executive board at Danske Bank. He has also held a number of senior roles at other organisations, including Head of Strategy and M&A at Maersk Line, consultant at McKinsey and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group.

Frederik holds a B.Sc. with Honors in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, an M.Sc. with Honors in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a Ph.D. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
