With almost a decade of experience in ESG risk management, Izabela Szewczul specialises in sustainability strategy development, multi-stakeholder materiality assessments and ESG reporting.

Joining FTI Consulting Australia from London, Izabela is an expert in ESG strategy development, stakeholder engagement, reporting and messaging development. Her experience spans various high-profile clients from the energy, construction, private health, technology, fast moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), transport and white goods sectors.

Izabela is a key leader within the FTI Consulting ESG practice. She supports clients on their unique sustainability journeys whether they require beginning strategy development or best-in-class, framework-aligned ESG reporting. Izabela is trained in applying the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) Standards and Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures frameworks. Beyond strategy, reporting and materiality, Izabela helps clients develop compelling sustainability messaging to leverage sustainability credentials in stakeholder relations.

In addition to sustainability, Izabela has worked on crisis issues and corporate reputation projects with a number of clients. During her role in London, Izabela was recognised as one of the 30 Under 30 by PR Week UK magazine.
