Kevin McCadden

Kevin McCadden has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and has collaborated with healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Mr. McCadden’s experience includes academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, payors, private equity, life science companies and research institutions, along with involvement in several international projects.

Mr. McCadden possesses deep industry expertise that spans the entire healthcare continuum. His track record demonstrates a commitment to delivering tailored solutions for the distinct needs of diverse stakeholders. This includes extensive experience in performance improvement, change management and driving solutions and strategies designed to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of healthcare organizations, ensuring better patient care and financial stability and sustainability.

In addition, Mr. McCadden’s focus includes finance, revenue cycle, healthcare managed services, perioperative services, supply chain, labor productivity and physician practice management.

Prior to working with FTI Consulting, Mr. McCadden had more than 15 years of healthcare advisory services with Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He also has experience as a merger and acquisition consultant, and has valued many health care businesses for merger or acquisition, including MRI centers, dialysis facilities, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices.

Mr. McCadden received his B.S. in Management from Bryant University and his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
