Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins is a Senior Managing Director and leader of FTI Consulting's Data and Technology Transformation EMEA practice, an international group that specialise in data-driven performance improvement and business transformation

Mark has a proven track record working with clients to assess drivers of under-performance and deliver business solutions that add sustainable commercial value. His clients include private and publicly held companies at various stages of growth, as well as private equity investors. Mark has led strategic growth and profitability improvement engagements for blue chip organizations in insurance, banking, wealth management, telecommunications, technology and retail.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2013, Mark provided advisory services to the financial services sector as founder of a boutique consultancy. During this period, his contribution delivered significant uplift in EBITDA performance and customer lifetime value for his clients.

Before that, Mark fulfilled a number of leadership roles within industry developing new products, planning and leading complex business change and managing delivery of large technology implementations for market leading organisations.
