Martijn Hulshof

Martijn specialises in business support optimisation, integrations and carve-outs, and change management. He works with organisations to achieve substantial and lasting transformation and change in different challenging environments. Martijn has an entrepreneurial mindset, is people orientated and has a deep-rooted knowledge of organisational transformation.

Prior to joining BOLD, Martijn worked at KPMG where he was the Transformation Lead and Workforce Optimisation (analytics) Lead. He was involved in multiple transformation engagements both in the private and public sector. Prior to KPMG, Martijn had led an organisation specialised in outsourcing.

Martijn was partner and Lead for Strategy, Marketing & HR at BOLD, which was recently acquired by FTI Consulting.

Martijn co-authored and published a management book Mastering Transformations in 2018.
