Saskia Hinkenkemper

Saskia is responsible for the financial due diligence practice in the Netherlands. She has considerable experience in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence to various Dutch-based PE’s and companies, e.g., Holland Capital, Standard Investment, Harbour Capital Partners, Nordian Capital, Mentha Capital, Karmijn Kapitaal, AVerest Capital, Victus Participations and Capital-A.

Saskia has an in-depth understanding of complex organisational structures and is accustomed to demanding and changing environments. She has been involved in numerous cases covering transformations, restructuring, carve-outs, and M&A transactions and she is used to acting as an advisor of the board and co-operate with all c-levels to deliver execution.

Saskia has worked over 20 years as an interim professional in many different MKB+, family-owned, and PE-owned businesses. Prior to joining BOLD, which was recently acquired by FTI Consulting, she was a Partner at TIC Advisory.
