Simon is a specialist in blending data science, digital and business transformation methodologies to drive significant return for his clients through the delivery of actionable insights and targeted solutions.

Working as a consultant for over 12 years, Simon has led projects across a wealth of organisations from start ups to Fortune 500 businesses working across a number of territories including Ireland, the UK, USA, Australia and Cyprus.

Simon’s digital and transformation experience includes: Development and execution of a 2 year digital growth strategy for a large Bank Assurance business resulting in a 50% increase in revenue; Execution of large scale business transformation for a software M&A platform where he led the development of an integrated divisional structure for 25 acquired entities, creation of a shared services Finance capability and design of a new M&A integration process; Development and execution support of a 2 year enterprise data strategy for a leading EMEA insurer.

Simon has experience in M&A driven transformation and post deal integration management. He performs strategic planning, digital strategy, and commercial and operational transformation. During integration planning and execution, he serves as a program manager and Integration Management Office lead, guiding key business stakeholders across all critical integration activities.

Simon is also a leader in our Data Science practice based in Dublin where he has a passion for developing our next generation of AI and Data Science talent and capability. He has a keen focus on how AI can be leveraged to deliver tangible return on shareholder value and has over a decade of experience in the delivery of profitability analytics, AI for collections, churn modelling, portfolio AI, AI value realisation and marketing spend optimisation projects.
