Sofi Daar and Jordan Slater Named to GlobeSt’s 2022 50 Under 40 List

June 23, 2022 — Sofi Daar and Jordan Slater, Senior Directors in FTI Consulting’s Real Estate Solutions practice, were recognized on the GlobeSt.com’s 2022 50 Under 40 list. This recognition honors young professionals who are making strides and creating lasting impacts on the commercial real estate industry.

Ms. Daar, who is based in Los Angeles, provides real estate advice and analysis to a wide range of clientele, including REITs, developers, high-net-worth individuals and specialized commercial property types. Her valuation and advisory work has addressed billions of dollars of commercial real estate, nationally and internationally relating to complex investment due diligence, workings and restructurings, development planning, acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting and valuation. Additionally, Ms. Daar is an active member of FTI Consulting’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (“FTI WIN”).

Mr. Slater, who is based in New York, has worked on projects including outsourced asset management functions, financial due diligence, property and platform valuations and investment banking activities. His technical expertise is sought after by developers, asset managers and investors, and he has served in support of expert witness testimony in real estate litigation. In addition, he provides advisory services specializing in real estate finance and capital market solutions as a registered representative of FTI Consulting’s broker-dealer subsidiary, FTI Capital Advisors LLC.
