Todd B. Cohen

Todd B. Cohen is a member of the Office of the CFO Solutions practice. Mr. Cohen is an accomplished, results-oriented finance professional and has over 30 years of extensive, world-wide experience providing organizations with a fact-based and hands-on global perspective. Throughout his career, Mr. Cohen has demonstrated a proven ability to advise, steer and influence change, develop and articulate big-picture, strategic and tactical vision, design and implement effective solutions and lead successful, high-profile global transformation and shared service initiatives.

At FTI Consulting, Mr. Cohen has assisted clients in optimizing and transforming their finance and accounting functions, preparing for Day 1 IPO readiness, as well as using automation to streamline and simplify processes, including robotics.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Cohen was Principal of The Cohen Group, a sole-proprietor consulting and advisory firm formed to assist organizations with overcoming finance and operational challenges. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Cohen spent over 20 years in the media and entertainment industry serving in a variety of global roles, each with increasing responsibility. Mr. Cohen served as Vice President-Global Finance Transformation for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation where he was co-leader of the Global Finance Transformation Program Management Office, formed to drive finance operations effectiveness and efficiency across all business lines in 20+ countries.

Mr. Cohen was Vice President of Finance at Paramount Pictures Corporation where he was a key member of the Global Finance Transformation strategic team organized to implement initiatives tied to a large-scale SAP implementation and to deliver enhanced business services to achieve annual savings of $50 million with investment of $100 million. Additionally, Mr. Cohen also assumed an interim leadership role for the European Business Service Center located in Amsterdam.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided benchmarking and business advisory services to Fortune 500 organizations during his time as Director at The Hackett Group
• Held a variety of cross-functional global roles including e-commerce fulfillment and operations, global shared services, procurement, corporate re-engineering and internal audit, while at Vivendi/Universal Studios, Inc.
• Spent five years in the audit practice of KMPG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles
