Adam Terry

Adam Terry is a Senior Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice and specializes in performance improvement, cost reduction/takeout, supply chain optimization, and corporate transformation. Mr. Terry has more than two decades of experience leading operational, financial and business process transformation services for global companies across a wide range of industries including: transportation, oil & gas, retail/ consumer goods, heavy industrials, telecommunications, and healthcare.

Mr. Terry advises senior management and boards of directors for both healthy and distressed companies. He is an expert in operationalizing business strategy and leading operations excellence projects for global corporations across multiple industry verticals. Since joining FTI fourteen years ago, Mr. Terry has led and advised some of FTI’s largest performance improvement engagements in areas including manufacturing and distribution network optimization, simulation modeling, nearshoring/re-shoring, supply chain risk modeling, organizational design and workforce optimization, inventory management, selling, general and administrative cost optimization and working capital. Mr. Terry offers advisory services to private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, covering a wide range of activities that include rapid operational due diligence and extending to post-merger integration efforts.

Mr. Terry holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a member of the APICS Supply Chain Council.
