The Public Sector & Government Contracts group assists businesses through all phases of contracting, including complying with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other government regulatory requirements; implementing or enhancing existing internal controls to mitigate risks of noncompliance; preparing for and responding to government auditors; efficiently managing government business, and controlling the dispute process through risk avoidance, alternative dispute resolution procedures and litigation support.
The Public Sector Solutions group delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including Financial and Performance Improvement, Risk Management & Forensic Consulting, Economic & Public Policy, Technology & Data Analytics and Strategic Communications.
Additionally, FTI Delta, FTI Consulting’s strategy practice, offers a holistic approach to public sector transformation. FTI Delta works closely with Governments to define their national visions and agendas, shape future-ready economic and social development plans and manage transformations in public administration.
