Ben Goren

Ben Goren specializes in advisory serving both healthy and underperforming companies. Mr. Goren has 30+ years of experience and his industry expertise includes consumer products, energy, telecommunications, automotive, semiconductor, finance, transportation, restaurants and real estate.

Mr. Goren has worked with all five service lines at FTI Consulting. He focuses on relationship management within the Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment, but also works in other areas across the firm. Many of his clients are healthy companies that may have issues surrounding speed of growth or other events that could negatively impact their trajectory. He also serves as an advisor to companies, lenders and public and private capital providers who are facing some level of stress or distress.

Mr. Goren has provided advice to many of the largest traditional lenders in the world and numerous non-traditional lenders, as well as many large and small firms. The long-term relationships that he has created have allowed him to be called upon when stakeholders get nervous or management teams may be off their contemplated strategic tracts. Mr. Goren has not been traditionally industry-centric as his clients often call upon him for advice on a multitude of subjects.
