About Fredrik
Fredrik de Maré has more than 20 years of management consulting experience advising clients on supply chain strategy, supply chain risk management, and operational performance improvement. His sector expertise spans across the healthcare, life sciences, and technology industries.
Mr. de Maré brings deep operational strategy expertise, including operating model design, global supply chain network strategy, supply chain risk mitigation, strategic sourcing and procurement, operational due diligence, and post-merger integration. Over the course of his career, he has worked with numerous clients on a global basis to drive transformational performance improvements to their supply chain operations.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. de Maré most recently served as the West Coast lead for the Operations & Supply Chain practice of Russell Reynolds Associates where he recruited COOs, CSCOs, and senior operations and supply chain executives as well as advised on leadership and management topics for industry leading clients. He was previously a Partner with Arthur D. Little, where he served as Head of the US West Coast Healthcare Practice and the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to ADL, he was a Partner with PRTM in the firm’s Supply Chain and Life Sciences practices and later a Partner in PwC’s Healthcare practice where he spearheaded the pharma supply chain risk management service offering.
Mr. de Maré is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Engineering Management and he holds an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS. In addition to English, he speaks Swedish fluently.
