Gregory Milne

Gregory Milne is member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. Mr. Milne has experience in restructuring and reorganizations as well as mergers and acquisitions, including providing advice to companies, creditors, shareholders and other interested parties.

Mr. Milne has experience in a variety of industries including financial services, cannabis, chemicals, manufacturing, retail, media, restaurants and technology. Examples of his experience include conducting operational and financial due diligence, including business plan reviews and debt capacity analyses, advising clients, including companies and creditors, on structuring, negotiating and refinancing various forms of debt and equity, as well as DIP financing. In addition, Mr. Milne has experience with the full life cycle of the distressed M&A process: marketing, valuation, diligence and flow of funds.

Mr. Milne joined FTI Consulting with its acquisition of CDG Group, where he was an Associate. Mr. Milne has spoken on numerous occasions at his alma matter on a variety of restructuring related topics including real-estate, alternative investors and ethics. He was also a panelist on the Big Picture: Restructuring Cycle panel for the Global M&A Restructuring and Distressed Investing Forum in 2022.
