Melanie Finn

Melanie Finn has nearly 20 years of transaction and merger integration experience with end-to-end deal and diligence expertise. Her experience spans various industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Business Services, Telecom, Media and Technology. Previously, Ms. Finn was Vice President of Corporate Development of FTI Consulting, managing the deal process, negotiation, diligence and integration for FTI Consulting.

Ms. Finn has experience in performing operational and financial due diligence, synergy identification and quantification and integrating businesses. She helps her client identify risks early, prioritize risks and creates the appropriate mitigation plans. She also facilitates cross-functional teams (both within FTI Consulting and with outside advisors) to streamline diligence processes.

Prior to joining the Merger Integration and & Carve-out team, Ms. Finn lead corporate development for FTI Consulting, working with key members of FTI Consulting’s global operations teams, she successfully led the diligence, acquisition process and integration for the CDG Group (2017), Andersch AG (2019), Delta Partners (2020), The Rhodes Group (2021), and BOLD NV (2022) acquisitions. Prior to moving to Corporate Development, she worked with the Telecom, Media and Technology (“TMT”) industry practice for broadcasting clients. Select clients include Citadel Broadcasting, Clear Channel Communications, Cumulus Broadcasting, Cumulus Media Partners and Young Broadcasting.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Finn was an Associate at Deutsche Bank in their Media and Telecom investment banking practice. She covered the broadcasting, outdoor, theatre and entertainment sectors. During her time at Deutsche Bank, Ms. Finn was involved in over $10 billion of capital raises and acquisitions.
