Oliver Mueller

Oliver Mueller leads on crisis, litigation and cybersecurity communications as well as corporate affairs in Germany.

He helps companies navigate dynamic high-stakes situations that require effective strategic communications to protect their asset value and entrepreneurial freedom to operate.

Oliver advises clients on crisis, litigation, cybercrime and data privacy challenges that make international headlines and leads cross-border issues management projects

He is an expert in managing business-critical issues that require multi-stakeholder communications to shape debates and build trust among customers, partners, staff, investors and politicians. He supports corporations and their C-suites in getting heard on topics that resonate with societies and develops responses to pressure group campaigns.

Oliver has particular experience in the health care & life sciences, industrials, defense & aerospace as well as mobility and logistics sectors.

He joined FTI Consulting in 2015 and is based in the Berlin office. In his previous career he worked as a journalist at business daily Handelsblatt, served as a foreign correspondent in India and China and held leadership positions at international communications consultancies in Germany and Asia.
