Shannon Stucky Pritchett has over 20 years of experience helping companies navigate the people side of change, including restructurings, transactions and strategic transformations.
Currently serving as global co-head of the People & Transformation practice, Ms. Stucky Pritchett helps clients understand the full impact of change initiatives, assess individuals’ readiness to succeed in the future state and plan the communications, engagement and change management strategies needed to enable a successful transition.
Strategies typically focus on driving change from the inside out. Ms. Stucky Pritchett has deep experience building understanding and engagement among employees to inspire a lasting commitment from them. These teams are then mobilized to bring customers, partners, communities and other key stakeholders along in the journey. Common success metrics focus on employee retention, recruitment, and engagement; customer retention and growth; liquidity management; timely adoption of new systems, processes or ways of working; and market reputation.
In addition to her client-facing role, Ms. Stucky Pritchett is passionate about developing Strategic Communications talent and creating a culture in which every employee is empowered to achieve their full potential. As a member of the Strategic Communications Americas management team, Ms. Stucky Pritchett develops a broad array of training and performance management strategies that help team members build the skills they need to succeed at every level. She also serves as a sponsor of programs aimed at cultivating diversity, equity and inclusion; enabling growth; and ensuring all team members operate with the highest levels of integrity.
Ms. Stucky Pritchett has been honored as one of Consulting magazine’s Rising Stars of the Profession and received M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award.
