Three FTI Consulting Professionals Receive Ragan Communications’ Top Women in Communications Award

Washington, D.C., Dec. 18, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that three professionals within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment received the Top Women in Communications award from Ragan Communications.

Managing Director Kelly Miller was recognized in the Trailblazers category. Managing Director Sara Sendek was recognized in the Crisis Navigators category. Director Sabrina Negron was recognized in the Rising Stars category. The awards spotlight women who have made a significant impact on the communications industry.

Ms. Miller provides technology and cybersecurity companies with communications support through crises, public investigations and regulatory overhauls. Her experience includes leading ransomware response for companies in a variety of industries, navigating sensitive national privacy discussions with media, building emerging brands into power players in federal cybersecurity and supporting pro-wireless innovation campaigns through FCC approval.

Ms. Sendek is a cybersecurity communications expert with more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications. She provides clients with communications counsel on cyber incident response and preparedness measures and has experience navigating complex cyber events including data theft and extortion, nation-state actors and insider threats.

Ms. Negron specializes in corporate reputation with expertise in the consumer and retail sector, bankruptcy and restructuring. She advises clients through reputational risks and opportunities and creates executive messaging documents for company announcements including ESG goals, earnings and updates that impact stakeholders. Ms. Negron is also a founding member of the FTI Consulting employee resource group Hispanic/Latinx Organization for Leadership and Advancement.
